By using your member’s card throughout our three Clubs, you will earn M.O.R.E. points,

EARN M.O.R.E. POINTS

Earn 1 M.O.R.E point for every $1 spent at our restaurants and bars, the Kedron-Wavell Bottle Shop,

live shows tickets and barefoot bowls at The Sands Bowlo. Just make sure to present your member’s card when purchasing.

 

As a ‘Social’ tier member you’ll earn 1 point for every $10 of gaming turnover when your

card is inserted in a gaming machine at Kedron-Wavell or The Sands Social.

 

As you move up our tiers, your earn rate will Refer to the loyalty table for more detail.

Also make sure to swipe at a kiosk in one of our clubs to earn daily visitation points.

 

REDEEM M.O.R.E. POINTS

Use your points to fully or partially pay for your meal when dining at one of our restaurants.

 

Use your points to purchase beverages from our bars or the Kedron-Wavell bottle shop.

 

Use your points to enjoy a game of barefoot bowls at The Sands Bowlo.

 

Those in the ‘Connect’ tier or higher can also redeem their points for cash at one of our Gaming Cashiers.

How do I earn tier credits?

How do I know what tier I am?

All new members begin at the ‘Social’ tier. You can swipe at a kiosk to check your tier or by visiting the Gaming Cashier at either Kedron-Wavell or

The Sands Social. You will also receive an email each quarter with your current tier. Tier credits reset each quarter.

How do I know how many tier credits I have?

Visit the Gaming Cashier at either Kedron-Wavell or The Sands Social and our

staff can advise your current tier credits.

When do I change tiers?

As soon as you reach the required tier credits for the next tier you will be upgraded within 24 hours and will be in that tier for the following quarter. To remain at that tier you will need to achieve the required tier credits each quarter.

How is my tier calculated?

Your status tier is determined by how many tier credits you earn in the three month period prior to our quarterly review. Our quarterly reviews occur on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. As an example, the tier review on 1 April would consider your spend and turnover from 1 January to 31 March.

Will the program and its benefits change?

Yes. The program is reviewed annually, and minor changes can be made at any time.

Choose Kedron-Wavell, The Sands Social and The Sands Bowlo as your clubs of choice and keep an eye out for bonus specials and ways to earn bonus points/ credits during specific times.

You can speak with any one of our knowledgeable staff members at Concierge at Kedron-Wavell, in the Gaming Lounge of Kedron-Wavell or The Sands Social or a Duty Manager at any of the 3 clubs.

Do I have to participate in the M.O.R.E loyalty program?

All members are eligible to participate in the program, however you may opt out at any time. You will no longer receive point or tier credits or participate in any associated promotional activity. You will still have full access to the Club and be eligible for Member-only major promotions.
