Free Live Music | Aria Cook

July 18 @ 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Aria Cook is an exciting emerging vocal, keyboard, and songwriting talent, now collaborating with Australian Idol Top 21 artist Natasha Rose in a dynamic new band. Together, they’ll kick off 2025 by supporting the internationally renowned pop-indie outfit Sheppard at the closing ceremony of the 2025 Australian Jamboree—a milestone event showcasing their fresh, powerful sound—before Sheppard embarks on the European leg of their Zora tour.

Aria has extensive live experience, having performed at major festivals and top-tier venues across Brisbane. In 2024, her debut single Vampire reached the #1 spot on the US’s most influential indie chart, aBreak58, marking a pivotal moment in her career. It was during this time that she met US hitmaker Tanner Southerland, leading to their collaboration on Come Over. The track dominated the Atomic Top 20 chart for four consecutive weeks, solidifying Aria’s place as a rising star on the global music scene.

After taking an indefinite hiatus from Vegas Rayz, the Brisbane-based band formed in 2021 through KIIS 97.3FM’s “Band That Brisbane Built,” Aria has continued to thrive in her solo career and new band endeavours. Her debut single Vampire has garnered over 80,000 streams on Spotify. Now, she’s crafting her first EP, collaborating with some of Brisbane’s most talented artists.

Aria’s vocal profile, characterised by emotional depth and angelic control, has earned high praise from renowned Australian artists:

Jessica Mauboy
“There’s so much vulnerability, there’s so much heartache in that voice.”

George Sheppard
“You have such incredible control over your voice. Your pitch and the vibrato were an angelic thing.”

With an exciting year ahead and a high-profile performance to start 2025, Aria Cook’s future shines brighter than ever.
